The returned product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for return.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost after verifying the issue. Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are applicable only for the same item and size originally ordered.

Once approved, replacements are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Our team will notify you once your replacement has been shipped.
